After 9 Years as a State Farm Customer
I moved to MD and I got transfer my account to Ana Rivas Office, and let me tell you was the worse experience in customer service in my life, after this event I had to cancel my Policy with State Farm and moved forward with another Insurance company, Ana Rivas Office's make a mess on my account that ends on get my Driver License SUSPENDED because of their mistakes so be aware and run away to that Agency if you really want to be with State Farm find another branch but DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Ana Rivas Office's
