I approached Speed Products to have a spoiler and racing stripes put on my car. The service was fine, and I paid $1300.

To my dismay, however, while my 1994 Toyota Tercel looks better (hence the half-star), it does not go any faster. Racing cars have spoilers and racing stripes, therefore these things make cars go faster. What am I missing here?

I am thinking maybe it is because I didn't get alloy rims put on, or I didn't get the chrome muffler that goes brprprprprprprpRPRPRPRPBPRBPR - brprprprprprprppBRPBRBP... Can anybody help?
