Adjustor(Eric Chris) denied roof claim, although inspector reported total wind damage. Asked for 2nd opinion, same adjuster sent. State Farm advised me adjustor is contractor, so im stuck paying $9,000 for new roof. 20 years a customer, go elsewhere for insuramce.
