My dad has bought all my cars from this dealership and they are so great. Now it was my first time purchasing my own car as an adult and Bilori was so helpful. he even put a bow on my car and made it such a special experience for me. thank you for making this process easy and so exciting!

After a frustrating experience at other places- we were pleasantly greeted by Angelo and Mazda of Puyallup! He warmly welcomed us and listened to our needs and wants before showing us multiple options. After a test drive, Angelo and the Sales Manager (I apologize I forget his name) were able to meet our needs and exceed our expectations!

We left with a beautiful CX-30 that day!

Thank you to the sales and finance team for helping us and making the process so stress-free!

Drove down an hour from Seattle to be tended to by Puyallup Mazda, and honestly- the best decision.

This dealership blew our minds with their customer service, patience, detailed walk throughs and friendliness. We had to make a quick decision for a family car because we had a baby on the way, and honestly- we couldn’t have been in better hands. Puyallup Mazda reminded us what old school customer service looks like, and it felt like the whole team was personally invested in making sure we were absolutely in love, and totally happy with our new car. And we honestly do!

Major shout out to our boy Antonio Alvarez, literally the best guy for the job- seek him out. We picked his brain for three days about all the specs and trims out there, and he stayed out overtime multiple days just to make sure we were totally assured with our decision.

10/10, highly recommend, worth the drive and the hassle to be taken care of this dealership!

Bought a new 2026 CX-50. Took my car in for service Tuesday morning for add-ons window tint for front two windows and resistall interior/exterior coating. when I first arrived I was not greeted, instead made to feel like an inconvenience to the service staff. Took 2 days for that to be done and I had to call to see when my car would be finished. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, only one guy was there and couldn’t find my keys or where the car was parked. Resistall was not done and I had to call the next day and take the car back. The car now has micro-scratches all over the new paint, and there are stains in the car interior. I love Mazdas, but service has extremely went under at this location from the last 4 years I visited for services. I won’t come back to this location. Management received my complaints and has done nothing.

I saw their HUGE inventory online and had some communication with one kf their salesmen prior to going in. The day I went I was immediately greeted by Ron. Found out the guy I had text with was not in that day. Ron introduced me to Austin and between the two of them, listened to the desires I wanted within a new car and worked promptly to find me the best fit. It had 99% of my wants and I was beyond grateful for their assistance. I needed up leaving with a beautiful vehicle that will make great memories with my family and I over the next several years! THANK YOU RON AND AUSTIN and to finance for being so great! Have already shared your info with a few friends.
