Recently my car stereo was acting up and it was out of warranty. Sebastian and Dave assisted me and navigated through the manufacturer’s red tape to ensure the manufacturer repaired the stereo at no charge. 12 volt illustrated their loyalty to their client, and stood by me thanks guys !!!!!

So I brought my daughters new car to Dave at 12V to install a Pioneer Radio App with a rear view camera. He quoted the install and we agreed to drop the car off Thursday morning.
3 house later when I went to pick up the car, when he was demonstrating the system the camera wasn't working properly. He brought the car back into the shop and soon informed me the camera we bought was faulty. Not knowing what else to do I agreed to pat 170.00 to have him install one of his own camera. He told me he repackaged my camera so we could take it back to Future Shop. After I got home I realized The passenger side vent was badly scratched as a result of the install, he didn't mention anything. I also opened the box the make sure everything was ready to return. The wire had been cu, not sure why, he didn't mention anything. I thought of calling him to confront him with my disappointment but I thought this was better. Nice guy Dave, but a little tricky!
