I stopped by here recently as I need a vanity for a bathroom project I'm managing. Walked in with my wife and business partner and the woman at the reception area was not friendly or particularly helpful. Finally wrangled a quote out of her but the whole vibe was "why are you bothering me." Not sure why these remodeling places have the coldest people dealing with prospective clients. I've done multiple bathroom renovation projects ($20-60K) and was considering Muti as new bath fixtures supplier. Won't be here! What a joke.

I had a great experience with Zil. When asked for assistance she was quick to help. I felt like she focused entirely on my needs without interruption, finding me options that catered to my budget including mixing and matching brands with similar looks and followed up with links to those items so that I could review them at home again later. I am so disappointed with the quality of vanities from this store. We purchased 9 vanities and during the process everyone was nice and helpful but no one told us that the material the countertop and sink are made of STAINS! Every single thing stains this material, it is not heat proof to set a hairdryer on, god forbid a little makeup drops into sink, because it will stain it! Why would they recommend this material for a bathroom countertop and sink! It’s been one year and all my countertops are stained.

PLEASE READ THIS. Do not do business here! I purchased lighting for an ensuite Reno. My sales lady Josie was let go, and then the new sales lady wanted an additional 10% to confirm the order. After some debate we agreed, but on the day we gave our credit card number they asked for a lightly higher amount, which we agreed to pay, again. MUTI had trouble processing the card but after a few attempts, the charge went through and we received an email confirmation with copy of the receipt.
Two weeks later, MUTI wanted another 21% or the order would be cancelled. Clearly their system at head office is inadequate and/or driven by greed or both. I stated they should honour the sale as they confirmed. They would not. I contacted my CC company, laid a claim to the charge and requested security alert investigation due to my card being compromised. I am 4 weeks behind after the Reno with no lighting because I dealt with MUTI. I bought the lighting elsewhere lower price and is being delivered in 3 weeks. Awful Experience!!!

We could not be happier with our beautiful Muti kitchen!! It has absolutely transformed our lives, and how we utilize our home. Using our kitchen is a true joy every single day because everything is laid out so perfectly and so thoughtfully. The flow and ease of use has us (very happily) cooking at home more than we had ever imagined, and entertaining has become such a breeze. We worked with Sheila from Muti to come up with the design and she was absolutely incredible. Her amazing design sensibilities not only helped us create a contemporary and stylish space, but her thoughtfulness about overall function and flow, and her meticulous attention to detail, truly resulted in the kitchen of our dreams that was tailored to our lifestyle. She was such a true professional to work with, she really cared about getting the space perfectly customized to our needs, and design revisions were very prompt and efficient. We felt so well taken care of. It was SO worth the wait for Muti’s Italian kitchen line if you like a very clean European style. The cabinets are beautiful and also high quality in terms of finish and hardware. The service team has been very responsive to any questions or requests. We are very happy customers!! I contacted my CC company, laid a claim to the charge and requested security alert investigation due to my card being compromised. I am 4 weeks behind after the Reno with no lighting because I dealt with MUTI. I bought the lighting elsewhere lower price and is being delivered in 3 weeks. Awful Experience!!!

My experience with Multi was great. The selection was extensive and I found the perfect products for my reno. We could not be happier with our beautiful Muti kitchen!! It has absolutely transformed our lives, and how we utilize our home. Using our kitchen is a true joy every single day because everything is laid out so perfectly and so thoughtfully. The flow and ease of use has us (very happily) cooking at home more than we had ever imagined, and entertaining has become such a breeze. We worked with Sheila from Muti to come up with the design and she was absolutely incredible. Her amazing design sensibilities not only helped us create a contemporary and stylish space, but her thoughtfulness about overall function and flow, and her meticulous attention to detail, truly resulted in the kitchen of our dreams that was tailored to our lifestyle. She was such a true professional to work with, she really cared about getting the space perfectly customized to our needs, and design revisions were very prompt and efficient. We felt so well taken care of. It was SO worth the wait for Muti’s Italian kitchen line if you like a very clean European style. The cabinets are beautiful and also high quality in terms of finish and hardware. The service team has been very responsive to any questions or requests. We are very happy customers!!
