The tellers at the Soddy Daisy branch are always so kind and helpful. Lori in the drive thru is the best! She knows me by name and asks me how my day has been. I always have a great experience while doing business there!

Eve , Sandy , Lori , & Natalie are the friendliest bank staff around! Love that they are in person and not a screen like other nearby banks! 😊

I've been a First Horizon Bank Customer for over 15 years. Even though I live over 50 miles away, I wouldn't change my Banking Account to anywhere else, because I receive EXCELLENT Customer Service every single time I've been there. I feel valued as a Customer and my needs are always addressed in a caring and personal manner. I especially want to commend Sandy who is very friendly, personable, and makes me feel comfortable with whatever I may need or request. It's so refreshing to feel valued and cared for. I highly recommend the Soddy Daisy Branch of First Horizon. Thank you all. Suzanne Schoolfield Sapp

I’ve had such great experience with Eve over the years setting up and managing my checking and savings accounts and meeting my every day banking needs. I am greeted when I walk into the bank every single time. So, when I retired in January, I decided to use their professional investment services to help with getting some IRAs set up with my retirement funds. Eve and Chris (Financial Advisor) were so helpful, friendly and professional. Always willing to go out of their way to help you. I know my money is well invested and I couldn’t be happier with the services I have received and the transactions I have made with the Soddy Daisy location of the First Horizon Bank.
