I rented a car for the first time while my car was in the shop being repaired. Having never rented a car before I did not know that my auto insurance would transfer over to the rental car. They asked if I wanted insurance and told me that collision would not be covered if i didn't purchase the insurance. I found out from my insurance company that they would not pay the insurance because my auto insurance would transfer over. They have yet to answer my complaints or return my messages. Very deceptive, I would recommend staying away.
