I rented a car for a week in mid Sept 2013. They gave me quick service, upgraded the car type from my reservation, were completely friendly and no surprises. They charged me the "Fuel Service option" and said it would be cancelled if returned with a full tank. In Toronto, they have burned me on this before, but in Sherwood they did exactly what they said. On drop off, I was a bit late, but within the grace period - no questions and no problems or charges. I'd certainly rent there again.
