Probably my worst experience of renting a car. My luxury vehicle was at the body shop for repairs so insurance booked me in for an equivalent car here. I was transferred here because they had stock of premium vehicles equivalent to what I drive in terms of luxury and safety. They had only 2 cars in stock, 1 a camry with broken front bumper and a Chrysler 300 (rear wheel drive, no winter tires ), just what you need for Alberta winter road conditions. Upon insisting many times about upgrading me to something more stable for winter weather as I will be without a car for atleast 2-3 weeks, they did absolutely NOTHING. Their excuse was it's just a busy time of month. When I enquired about the BMW 3 series parked in the lot, they said they were all pre-booked. Really?! All 15-20 of them? Tried calling other branches, they said perhaps talk to the manager of that branch - basically they don't care. So now after the blasting cold and icy roads, my lovely replacement rental has been inside my home garage for a week because it can't be driven considering the road conditions of this city. I will NEVER be renting at Enterprise for any personal vehicle - they SUCK at customer service and do NOT have adequate choice in car fleets. They should not even consider themselves a "Rent-A-Car" company. Wasted enough of my time and energy at this rental place.

I had to return my rented vehicle because they sold it.. then my other vehicle which was give in replacement, had nothing but problems.. tires bad breaks, poor snow tires.. they need to perform proper maintinence on their vehicles.. these are peoples lives at stake.

I have rented many Vehicles from this location, although i live on other side of the city! They are known to bend over backwards for their customers. EXCELLENT STAFF, EXCELLENT SERVICE!
