went there for front tires. they added on an alignment i didnt ask for. no problem i know i need one. go to pay the bill. it was what quoted. then got the typical list of everything that needs to be replaced. list claims both upper control arms, both upper ball joints, a hub and bearing assembly, a cv axle shaft, and both front struts. only thing is, that i completely checked that front suspension app 4000 miles ago just before i drove down to florida from massachusetts and keeping in mind that i am a ase master tech with 40 plus years experiance including 24 years at a chevy dealership. I DID NOT FIND ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PARTS THEY CLAIMED DEFECTIVE. also, it is impossable to do a front end alignment properly if the parts listed were in fact defective. meaning that either they charged me for work that could not be properly done, or in actuality they were probably trying to STEAL from me by trying to sell me over $4000 WORTH OF PARTS AND LABOR THAT I DID NOT NEED
