Decent selection. Departmental aisle employees very unknowledgeable of the trade.
Reward program sucks.

They have a hole section of 75% off items not one of the are 75% off we ask the one employee about it and she said yeah that's weird and would be great if the one faucet we pick up the original price was 199$ and they only had it out for like 159$ she said it would be great and would be right if you could get it for the 49$ some it would be at I will go ask the store manager she tool a few minutes and then came back and said so the price is just the 159$ in the 75% off original price area it was in

Lowes won't post my review on their site, so I'll post it here. :) At the moment, this has nothing to do with the LG washtower I purchased, but Lowes Clearfield PA's absolute horrid delivery and ignorance and avoidance of customer service at delivery.

I ordered an LG washtower, it was hooked up, by "me" after two sets of delivery people, that's four people mind you, and not a single one thought to remove the safety bolts from the washer! I learned this after calling LG and removing them myself.

If you haven't experienced this nightmare. You run your washing machine, then hear the sound of a jet engine going from zero to full throttle, your house shakes (not kidding), then your washer, in my case a tower, shook so violently it moved 2-3 feet from where it was initially. There's examples on Reddit where one went through a wall.

To be fair, I had another appliance installed and they went above and beyond to help install my appliance. They obviously were not your typical corporate drones. (Thanks guys!) But that's a one out of three.

I will "never" order from Lowes Clearfield PA for delivery again. I obviously blame Lowes corporate, but local managers should have more thoughtfulness, and common sense when hiring installers fortheir local clients.

UPDATE: I was "stupid" enough to order another appliance. The day it was to be delivered it was cancelled! I called lowes support (yea I should capitalize the "L" but that would be a show of respect.) And they said it was an issue with the vendor. All I received was a text and email stating it was canceled with no explanation. I wish I could give negative stars to this broken, "over charging" company that FAILS to deliver. lowes, save your worthless replies, no agent that answers would be able to do a dang thing and you know this. Junk company, I'll buy from anyone else.

It's a Lowe's, just like every other one, sometimes you get the help you need, sometimes you need to hunt down the help.
*UPDATE* I don't know how many times I was asked if I needed help with something today, but it's like they seem the first part of my review, and sent the troops in to hunt me down.

Staff was friendly and very helpful! I spend a lot of time and money at this store and I've never had a bad experience 😊
