We hired a car from Enterprise for 8 days from late August to early September 2016. I pre-booked on-line from the UK. Everything went without a hitch: the paperwork was completed quickly, we were shown to the car and checked it out for damage together, before finally signing the rental agreement. At the end of the trip re-checking was carried out immediately and we were "signed off" and away within a few minutes. Githin Mathew and Tai Tsang were both involved at some point in the renting out and the return and were both excellent. They were both polite, efficient and helpful. I can certainly recommend this branch of Enterprise to anyone considering renting in Vancouver. DDK. (UK)
