Come on now, i mean really?. Had a reservation booked days in advance, forgot to mention only reason i used budget was because uhaul was fully booked and to no surprise budget wasnt. Anyways, i get there to pick up the van for the dreadfull moving day and was told all is great but one small issue, i cant park on their property property because their full. Clearly the man was too lazy to move around a few cars and if im taking a car out why cant mine go back in? I mean really? Its clear this guy doesnt care about that business as his lazyness just cost him revenue but i will say the girl working there tried to make it work as he didnt see why i couldnt park where the van i was renting was coming out from but he just said "no i dont think itll work" so to give them my hard earned money he tells me i have to illegally park at a business across the street and take the risk of being towed? Really? Thats pathetic. Shall i shop at wallmart And be told i cant park here? Really? Thats simply pathetic and will never use budget again and now know why uhauls the best way to go. Maybe ill go home and park on my neighbours driveway cause thats the budget of burlington way. Laziness, no customer service =burlington budget rental car. Totally lame

I have dealt with Budget for many years, and have often used the Burlington/Harvester Road outlet to rent vehicles when I visit my son in Ontario. I have always been satisfied with the rentals cars, and feel that their rental rates are fair.
