I should have known when I made the reservation that it wasn't going to be good. I was quoted different prices for the same class of car each time I asked. The check out time was over a half hour as nobody knew what they were doing. The car was clean and current but very expensive by the time the mileage surcharge was added. If you intend to go anywhere other than local, shop around. When the vehicle is returned it's another long episode. To top it all off, the hold on my credit card was wiped off their computer.
