This review is not directed at any particular location but rather the way they operate at the call centre.I used this service last month when I rented a cargo van.I was charged $39.95 plus some $25 insurance charge that I later found out was optional when reviewing the website.Plus I purchased extra km's for $10 as it only came with 100km.I wasn't informed by the call centre about this $10 option on buying more km's which I found unfair.I was lucky to get a good counter person that brought that to my attention.Now for my big beef.I just called to reserve another cargo van for Tuesday (I always choose weekdays as im assuming they are cheaper times)and I was given a price of $79.95!!!! Plus a MANDITORY $25 insurance fee.I read it was optional,now im told its manditory?? So how the heck did this price DOUBLE in a month? This is very unfair and I told her to forget it.I called around and found U-HAUL to be much cheaper and customer friendly.They post their prices on line up front unlike Discount that seems to make up what ever price they feel like.U-HAUL doesn't change their prices from day to day like Discount.I will NEVER use the services of Discount again and continue giving my business to U-HAUL.
