I rented cars from them many times. Their Waterloo branch was the worst. Each time they charge me extra and each time they gave me a reason which is not true. Once they told me you didn't fill up the tank completely and another time they told me you returned the car late which both of them were not true and at the end they had to return the extra money to me and it just wasted so much of my time to call them many times and ask for the refund that I never received. They claimed that they deposited the money to my credit card but it's been more than a month and I haven't received my money yet. Their staff are also so rude and make you wait for a long a time and their behavior is so unprofessional.

I have rented from this dealer (located on Main street and 22nd, vancouver), and I'll never rent again. I made reservation for 39.99$ but they charged me 59.99. After I found that they have overbilled me, I called them but instead of explanation I only heard "NO, YOU ARE WRONG", he didn't want to hear any of explanations. I got disappointed when I found the person i was talking to (Mr. Arvi) was the manager. Very little regard to the customers. Friendly advise, DON'T TRUST THEM.

I have rented from this dealer twice (located inside Waterloo Inn) and on both occasions I have experienced rude customer service. Both times, I rented on Saturday morning and the sales representive was talking to his coworker about the fun he had the night before. (very little regard to their customers.) In addition, I was overbilled on my first rental by $300.00 (I did get this rectified after 3 phone calls).
