Same thing happend to me. They put us into collection without even let us know before hand for some payment misktakes that was made by their own employee.

They put us into collection without aven giving us any notice, for a invoice that we never recieved and that our insurance company is suppossed to pay. When I called the number provided by the agency, it sounded like someones personal voice mail.
