Following a collision that sidelined my Cadillac SRX my insurance provided me with a loaner. A clean Dodge Durango picked me up in very short order. In a couple of days Enterprise moved me into a new BMW SUV.
Jess was my contact both initially and when I returned the car. The service was professional but also friendly.
I'm telling my friends and I would certainly recommend Enterprise and Jess.

I don't understand your last 2 reviews. Go to Enterprise site pick city then location and it's all there. With regard to other comment don't know how you could have got bad service at this location. Been dealing with them for 4 yrs up to 3 to 4 times a yr and service as been #1. Friendly, accomodating staff. Has long as i travel to Guelph and need a car they will be my #1 choice.

Looking at the website was a complete waste of time - it wouldn't load properly and it didn't even list a location in Guelph. However, I found the phone number of a Guelph location on this site, called them, and am very glad I did.

I needed to rent a car for 2 days, to pickup from Guelph and return to the airport (a one-way rental), and was informed by the other car rental companies that there would either be a $150 charge on top of the regular price of the rental, or that they would not offer a one-way trip. Enterprise informed me that they got rid of the standard $150 fee, and that my two day rental would only be $103.00 (quite a difference from the $200+ at Avis and Discount. Budget was unavailable).

The man on the phone answered my questions and booked my reservation easily and quickly, very unlike the Discount rep who only read from a script and seemed incapable of processing what I was actually saying. Thank you Enterprise!
