I went in to purchase a portable dishwasher after having researched the product on line. However, I was left with the impression that I had frustrated the sales associate with all the questions I was asking and with her having to research the product in order to answer them. The second time she left me in order to assist another customer is when I left. This store not only lost a sale but this served as a reminder to me why I never shop at Sears. I had to give this store a star in order to be able to post my review but in truth, even one star is too much. I would hate to see what kind of service I would get should I have a problem with the product I was buying.
