We prefer local ingredients and you have the opportunity to have us buy organic and shop at your favorite grocery store. Our chefs must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test, and are bonded and insured. <p> Friend That Cooks charges a reasonable hourly rate for our services. An average family of four spends $140-185 per week on meal prep, plus the cost of groceries. Our clients have a lot of control over the cost for their service.
