I visited Canadian Tire earlier this week in order to buy paint. The store was extremely quiet so there is no excuse for such poor apathetic customer service. I pressed the "Help" for assistance, no-one came. The assistance tannoy was clearly working as the request came out loud and clear. Pressed it again, no-one came. 11 times pressing the "Help" button and 15 minutes later - still no-one came. Too bad for you Canadian Tire because I went down to Rona and spent almost $500 in paint! And their customer service is excellent - just saying!!!

I recently visited the Kelowna location on a Sunday after , what I thought to be a great flyer,
came out in the local paper. I was prepared to purchase a new bar b q and compressor.
However, when I realized there where only 3 tills open and all had at least 20 people in them I
said screw this and walked out. Too bad for you and good for your competition.
Your service sucked again. This wasn't the first time .
