I have been going to this service station for years. Im a single mom of 3 kids. They always work with in my budget and if the problem is not fixed the first time around they are quick to jump on the job and get it done. yes i have been frustrated that it wasnt done the first time but i just remember that they are human too and make mistakes. as long as you can learn from your mistakes thats all that counts. as for faulty parts.....there's always the warranty. i will not change shops!

VERY disappointed with Certiguard car repair at
1600 Fairfield Rd, Victoria, BC, V8S 1G3. They TWICE let my vehicle out of their shop in UNSAFE condition. In fact I brought in the vehicle to the shop and pointed to the problem. I was assured it was fixed, but NOTHING was done in reality. They had to accept this later, when the problem was fixed by others. VERY disappointing, looking for another shop now.
