My family has trusted Tom and his crew for over a decade to maintain our vehicles ranging from trucks to SUVs and sports cars. We have never, in that time, had reason for complaint and always felt that our needs were being met with effective, polite service and integrity. Many times we have had some issue arise with one of our vehicles and Tom or Trevor have come out to the vehicle immediately and solved the issue on the spot, often foregoing a charge for the fix - that is a very rare occurrence in most other businesses.
In short; these guys are great!

I've been taking my vehicles to this shop for many years. They always tell you your cheapest option, what you can put off til later, and what you'll probably be looking at next with your vehicle. I've stuck with these guys because they are trustworthy and they do good work.

very nice people. but only tom knew wut was going on with my car so nobody else could explain to me what needed to be done when i went to check it out. they also said all the work for my car would be done in 2 weeks max and it has now been 5 and i still dont have my car.

We couldn't speak more highly of the crew at the Esso Car Clinic. We've been customers for years and they've consistently gone above and beyond the call of service for us - they've even gone to bat for us to have a new radiator covered by the manufacturers warranty even though the radiator was a month or so out of the warranty period. There's no more trustworthy mechanics in town than these folks!

While travelling to Victoria, something went wrong with my engine, and I ended up having to scrap my car while there. Tom and the crew at Hillside went out of their way to try to solve the problem, and to help me decide what to do (the 'least worst' option in this case). I highly recommend these people for their honesty, thoroughness, and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks guys!!
