I was very pleased by the professionalism and workmanship of the Garage Innovations installers, as well as the finished product. My garage floor looks amazing and is significantly easier to clean. The longer term proof will be in the upcoming winter months when ground moisture has been a problem in prior years. I am hopeful that the moisture barrier that was applied by Garage Innovations will finally solve this problem. Overall, I am well satisfied with both the end result and the value received. I have shown my finished garage floor to a neighbor with great feedback.

The guys were so kind & professional. They explained the process every step of the way and made sure we understood the steps involved. I did call around as this is a typical procedure and is normally charged by the square footage. Craig & his team offer the best price in Seattle and the garage looks amazing! The moisture leaks have been fixed and we're very happy! I'm happy to refer Craig and his team to friends and neighbors in the future.

I wanted a floor coating for my large 3-car garage in Mill Creek. I called for a quote and an estimator was able to come out that week. He had sample floor finishes and they were able to paint the walls, ceiling and install new window trim.

They had me purchase the wall and ceiling paint directly and provide it for the crew. I was fortunate that we had sunny weather so moving items into the driveway for the week worked fine. The crew worked hard all week and I was thrilled with the final results!

Now we enjoy using part of the garage for exercise equipment and projects. I can quickly mop up any dirt or oil from the car.

Over a few months I was looking for a good deal for the flooring for my garage. I have tried 3-4 companies who had sent me samples of tiles, but it was not even close to what I expected. After 2-3 months of very intensive research and experiments, I have chosen Garage Innovations and now every day when I walk in to my garage, I want to thank those very nice people who created such a excellent floor in my garage.

After the one initial problem with small bubbling in a few areas (taken care of with an extra top coat), I'm feeling greatly satisfied with the floor finish. I'm very glad to have the security of being able to clean a polyaspartic floor with no permanent stains. The colored chip coat underneath hides dirt and spills between cleanings. New neighbors moving in commonly see the floor and give it a "wow" factor! I've given out three of your business cards already...so as things snowball you may become famous with the new home owners at Trilogy in Tehaleh.

The garage floor exceeded my expectations, and that's hard to do. The installers were on time and good people. Really couldn't of went better. Only problem is... wife is not so happy with the amount of time I now spend in there. Guess I'll have to build her something cool (any suggestions?)...Thanks, Garage Innovations!

Derrick was very helpful explaining the Polyaspartic process vs. epoxy. The team that did the floor was awesome and everyone provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Garage Innovations.

We visited a house that (GI) had done in Redmond and were so impressed that we lined them up to do the garage floor in our new house. They came as requested a did a great job. Everybody that sees our floor is impressed! It is easy to clean, nice to walk on, and looks great. The guys that came were clearly motivated to it right, and it shows. Highly recommended.

Craig met with us to scope the project, explain the process, show us color options, and provide an estimate for the work. He was punctual and provided great input. His was the only company among those we interviewed that provided base trim - your choice of 4" or 6" sections that run along the perimeter of the floor and up the walls. It adds cost, but it really enhances the finished product. Craig followed up with the estimate that evening. My wife and I were undecided on color. Craig mentioned that he would on the road the following Monday and could drop by to show us the options again, including some new combinations. With his help, we selected the tuxedo - black and white flakes on a grey background - and elected to add silver glitter to add depth to the finished floor. Craig provided us with references, since the number of reviews for his company on Angie's List was limited to less than a handful due to the short time that Garage Innovations has been included in Garage Floor Sealer (Epoxy Flooring). What was impressive was not only the glowing recommendations, but that these references responded immediately. The overall cost of going with Garage Innovations, even adding the base trim and glitter options, was very competitive.Craig mentioned that a slot opened up that Friday and he could schedule us in. Although we were in no particular hurry, the opportunity to finish earlier than anticipated was appreciated. The work staging was impressive. Garrett was the first arrive and completed the grinding to prepare the surface for the primer coat and the initial concrete repair. Prior to grinding, Garrett put up plastic to protect the door from the house to the garage. He also taped around the door track touching the floor so it would not be sealed with the floor coating. At this stage, two more technicians arrived to assist in installing the base trim, complete the concrete repairs (the cracks were filled in with up to three coats of patching material), and begin installing the floors coating..Once the base trim and repairs were complete the technicians worked quickly to put down the primer coat. The roll of each technician was well choreographed so the work went quickly and they did not get in each others way.Once the primer coat had cured sufficiently, the Garage Innovations team applied the second coat that would hold the color flakes and glitter. Our garage is not huge, but they spread 6-7 large buckets of flakes on the floor to ensure coverage. The base trim took more time than anticipated and we agreed with the crew's recommendation to return on Saturday rather than work into the night.Garrett and another technician arrived at the appointed time on Saturday. It took them about three hours to complete the install - vacuuming excess flakes, scraping to level the flakes, and applying the third coat of polyaspartic. They did a great job in cleaning up the job site. When Garrett had to enter the house, he always put on booties to protect the floor, which was appreciated. Watching the Garage Innovations team work brought home the fact that this us definitely not a DIY project. The finished floor looks amazing and has garnered the attention of some of our neighbors.

Great! I had several bids, garage innovations was not the least expensive but was on par with the others. I chose to go with them after meeting with the owner. He was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and seemed to understand the design aesthetic we were after (and yes, this is a ridiculous concept for a garage but whatever). He also offered the type of coating (poly aspartic/poly urea) we were after, had loads of advice and recommendations. Everything went as expected, the workers he sent out were punctual and extremely professional. I also liked the warranty they offered and the fact he had done so many of these floors. The process took two days. One to prep and one to roll on the coating. The hardest part was loading all of our garage stuff into a moving van and even that was no big deal. We could move out stuff back in the day after they put on the coating. We could not be happier with the results. I absolutely LOVE the floor and it looks night and day different. It actually feels like an extension to our house instead of a spider-filled movie set off a scary movie. Our house is about 13 years old and our garage feels brand spanking new. I think I like it even more than my husband, and everyone who sees it is seriously wowed by the transformation. Totally worth the $!
