Made an appointment for 11am had to wait 4.5 hours to have 4 18" tires mounted and an alignment done. They charged me $210 just for mounting/balancing the tires cause it costs extra for 18" and up WTF?? Driving back home to the Island the car was shimming on the hwy, great now I have to get this re-done, turns out they didn't add enough weight. They used used a red grease pen to wright which rim goes where on the inner part of the RIM!! I understand the back of the tire but not the rim, took me 30 minutes to scrub it off and was a major pain the rear. They also left the old glue residue from the old weights on. I figure they had 4 hours they could have done a better job for the amount it cost me. My car cost over 100k and this is how they treated it... Also while reviewing the alignment specs on the ferry again I noticed they even used the wrong specs for my car. I have the sport model which uses different specs due to different suspension (stiffer/lower) and staggered wheels from the regular model. These guys got everything wrong and over charged. DON'T take a BMW to these guys EVER!!!
