Your associate could use some training in tailoring her communication to her current audience. She was borderline rude, and lacked patience with us as an Elder generation couple. I strongly recommend your associates do NOT smoke on the premises, and most certainly NOT before greeting clients...the smell is offensive on the breath, and hangs on one's clothes. Your customer service is not what it was ten years ago. We shall not return.
