This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I walked in an hour before closing, knowing the car i was looking for from an ad on craigslist. When i found it, my sweet little vw rabbit with 60K miles, the price tag was a full thousand dollars lower than what was listed! Wow!

Brian and Shane gave me great service and had the car pulled out front for a test drive when i came back the next day. There was no pressure, my credit was worked with and they were able to get me in the car for 70 dollars less than my previous payment each month!

I purchased the car, signed the papers and drove away happy. And thats when the excellent customer service came into play.

The next day i received a call from their financer and he said he had gotten me a lower rate on my interest, which dropped my payment further! They had cut my interest from 8 to 4! And called me! Incredible!

The car has one minor issue in the first week and they were more than happy and accomodating when it came to getting the issue fixed. They took it to their garage to disgnose and fix and even gave me some lunch while I waited!

I would absolutely recommend Autobahn to ANYONE looking for great customer service and an excellent vehicle!

Found an adorable little Mini Cooper online here and went down to check it out! The guys were super helpful and worked with me on price, financing and taking that mini home! They made me feel really comfortable. The process was pretty seamless!

Went here for the help couldn't help me but was str8 to the point did not waist my time at all if you need a good deal on a nice car come see these guys you will be happy with the service:) the cars are nice and clean and you will be satisfied with the car buying experience. They can do things for people that no one else can do.

I was skeptical about my husband buying a car from a used car dealer as opposed to a big dealership. However, my husband got a great deal on a 2006 Ford f150. Iman and Shane hooked him up! We bought the truck Tuesday night and then drove it to Havasu Wednesday morning and everything ran perfect. We couldn't be happier. We will definitely go to them when I am ready for a new car.

Before I start let me say that "the reviews on here are not fake". I am real and I had a great experience at Autobaun.

I had been looking for a truck for about 5 to 6 weeks. I have never stepped foot on a car lot of any kind in my life because all the cars I've owned up until now were Pre-1972.

I saw a truck on their lot in early June, went back a day later and it was gone. So between that day and July 7th I had been to 5 or 6 other dealerships and due to my credit I was unable to make a deal. Driving by Autobaun I decided to stop in one last time and that's when it all fell together.

I was greeted by Iman he was friendly, funny and non aggressive, we looked at a couple trucks and decided to take a 2006 F-150 for a test drive, the truck was in great shape inside and out. Keep in mind any vehicle that is 9 almost 10 years old is not perfect....If you want a perfect car or truck go buy a new one. Mechanically it was solid, a few minor minor cosmetic issues that with a little elbow grease no one would notice.

I sat down with Shane and began the approval process, I told him what I wanted to pay per month, after some back and forth and a couple hours, I was the owner of a 2006 Ford F-150.

The day after I bought the truck my wife and I drove to Lake Havasu and back (approx. 700+ miles) without a single issue.

Before I left the lot I pointed out the air bag light was flashing, their mechanic took a look at it and found out that the air bag was not functioning properly, he ordered the part and when we got back from Havasu I dropped off the truck and the problem was fixed. They even replaced replaced my passenger window switch.

Every now and then people need a little bit of help and every now and then there are people willing to give that person a chance. Shane and Iman helped me out when the others wouldn't

These guys are great people, my wife and I will be buying another car from them in about 6 months. I am now a loyal Autobaun customer and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for going the extra mile and getting me on the road!
