This company is a joke. They won a contract to do the A/V in a huge $50+ million complex, it was a huge job. A huge job they screwed up royally. Events have almost been cancelled due to issues they admit they caused. The theatre ended up more like a large home theatre than a performing arts centre. Another large area has permanently installed audio, which is great up until the point it cuts out randomly. They recommend a certain brand of digital signage because it's a "known brand," but it turns out it was like buying a Ford-branded washing machine. All these deficiencies have been pointed out, but they don't care, and they're not afraid to say that to your face.
Moral of the story: If you use these people, don't hand over a single cent until the job's done right and you've tested every feature. Chances are you'll have to wait at least 3 years (and counting!) before all the issues get worked out, issues that any competent company would never have made in the first place, and if they did they would have fixed them ASAP, knowing their reputation was on the line. Not Sharps AV!
