I was so scared because I had a large blister on the back of my neck that became badly infected. I tried everything I could to get it to go down, but nothing worked. I went to Mitchell Dermatology, and they examined it and got me in the very next day.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Dr. Hope Mitchell, her intern Aramide, and her physician assistant Joy. They were amazing! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable, explained every step of the procedure, and treated me with such kindness and compassion.

Dr. Mitchell has been helping me with my hair issues for quite some time and I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has made such a difference for me. My hair had become so thin that it almost looked like I had female pattern hair loss, but thanks to her expertise, I’ve seen significant improvement.
What I appreciate most is her practical, straightforward approach. She takes the time to explain everything step by step, answers my questions thoroughly and clearly lays out all of my treatment options so I can make informed decisions. First, let me say, it was well worth the drive. I drove an hour+ from Michigan to see Dr. Hope Mitchell and she did not disappoint!
Second, Dr. Mitchell was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. She asked questions and was genuinely concerned about my issue. I narrowed down my choices in choosing a dermatologist and I'm very satisfied with my decision to visit Dr. Mitchell.
Lastly, I truly appreciate that Dr. Mitchell not only teaches and promotes healthy skin/hair care but she advocates for building young people too! I like that she's visible and uses social media to express herself and her work.

Didn't care for the care given. Was more interested in teaching student in room than the patient. Was too concerned with late cancel charge. Aggreeing to save my credit card on file before I could even schedule a new patient appointment is a little extreme. Working in the medical field for the last 15 years, I understand late cancelation is an issue but ive never been employed by a Dr's office that refused to schedule a new patient appointment until payment is guaranteed. Was ill the day of my visit but went anyway, with a mask on but I literally had no voice. The Dr seemed upset that I was even there and that I couldn't voice my concerns. Her assumption on my skin issue was based only by answering one question and history I was asked on the NP intake forms. History from when was a child. Her recommendation was products I already have in my home and tried. That's why I was there. They didn't work, but with no voice, I couldn't stress that clear enough for her to understand. I guess the moral of the story is, I should've rescheduled for when I was feeling better and just took the 75.00 charge. I would've given one star but the medical receptionist was kind and patient with my lack of communication.
