I've been going to Midas-Coquitlam for seven years. Just recently found out that they've closed that location when my call was forwarded to this branch. Since I've had an excellent experience w/the Coquitlam branch, I booked an appointment even though it's quite far from my place; this was more than a week ago. When I called to let them know I'm running 5 mins late, he asked if I'm leaving my car, then what my last name is. When I told him I cannot leave my car, he confessed that I got erased from the list and that I have to wait for an hour for my oil change. I booked this days ago so I don't have to wait because some of us have a lot of things to get done on their day off!

IF THEY CAN'T KEEP AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS BOOKED DAYS AGO, WHAT ARE THEY CAPABLE OF?

My view? Time is money. I can't trust them w/my time, so I'm not gonna give them my money.
