I bought a car from a dealership up the road and was sent to this garage to get a few minor things adjusted. The dealer called him the week before and made an appointment but advised me to call beforehand. When I called, the owner, John, was rude and claimed that no one called to set up the appointment. So the dealer called him back and set up the appointment again. When I arrived there, he asked what was wrong .. I told him the problems with it -needed alignment and the steering wheel makes a funny sound (plastic rubbing on plastic) when it is turned. He told me that ALL cars do that! Now, I dont know about anyone else, but I have never owned or driven a car with that sound.... over all, the experience was terrible. He should realize that, owner or not, you cannot yell at customers because someone apparently did not call to set up an appointment. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
