At the time they were both entrepreneurs in different areas going in different directions, but after talking about their own frustrations with long distance, residential and commercial moving experiences. This led to an animated discussion about how the moving industry had so many weaknesses and yet no one was bothering to address them on any level. They talked about building a moving company that was based on tackling these issues and the vision went from a muse to a reality a short time later and quickly grew through direct referrals from realtors and word of mouth from high-end neighborhoods.
