I have been dealing with Rand for years and have been totally happy for years. I worked for Telus and Rand serviced our fleet .All my workmates were very happy with the service. They also serviced my personal vehicle and for a 1997 it purred. I just sold it and the guy who bought it was a mechanic.He was impressed how it ran and how well maintaned it was .I have a new truck and RV and will be taking them both there.

Went into shop looking to get some work done , and left feeling I was totally disrespected , meet and told I never had an appointment and how did I figure they should get me in without one, I then asked to know when I could get my car done and was told I was not a regular customer so they would have to let me know , I left and never will return , being made feel I was a second class customer to them
