Terrible management with no respect. Their philosophy is " As long as they pay their rent." Signal 88 does not respond in a timely manner. Called twice at 4 am, showed up at 6 pm. Ask for a garage, they will put you on a "list." Although there are signs advertising garages available. No insulation, I can hear my neighbor using the bathroom. Cheap appliances. Good luck using the pool with all the kids urinating in it. Smells of dog poop. Trash is always overflowing.
