After graduation, Dr. Freeman obtained his medical degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. Before entering private practice, Dr. Freeman completed a general surgery residency and maxillofacial surgery training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, also in Nashville. During that time, he earned multiple awards, including honors for excellence in research and clinical work. Dr. Freeman performs various types of oral surgery but specializes in reconstructive procedures. To ensure positive treatment outcomes, Dr. Freeman uses cutting-edge operative techniques and up-to-date equipment, allowing quicker recoveries and reducing side effects.
