Everything was amazing. We went to celebrate a friend who graduated with is doctorate. Mathew was our waiter and he was top shelf. Very friendly to all of us and attentive. Had the NY Strip and the smoked Mac n Cheese was really good. Was my first time here and would recommend for a good steak. Ask for Mathews section if you want a great waiter.

We are regulars at 2 other nearby steakhouses but decided to give Saltgrass a try to see if we’re missing out!

Summary: The atmosphere, service and food were all good except the one steak we ordered :/A little pricier than other steakhouse options in the area for dinner/weekend prices.

Details: The sirloin was chewy and a little undercooked (ordered medium)… and I disliked the flavors of the seasoning too. Disappointing. The salmon however was excellent and the sides were good also. We tried the brussels sprouts, Caesar and house salads, and the sweet potato. Only dd liked the mac and cheese. The complimentary bread wasn’t warmed before serving and I didn’t eat more than one bite of it.

Pricing: Entrees come with ONE side and soup/salad, to exchange the soup/salad for any other side there is an up charge of $5+. IMO, when I’m ordering $25+ plates, we should be able to choose our 2 sides without an up charge. The prices here are already higher than the other steakhouses we frequent where we can choose our 2 sides without any up charge and the plates are priced lower in general.

First of all I am not a big fan of chain restaurant but a friend recommend this restaurant. Upon arriving we were greeted by friendly staff and no wait to get a table. Our Server Taylor was friendly and helpful. We ordered the steak and shrimp. Fresh bread was served with the meal. The steaks were hot, flavorful, and tender. The MG came to welcome us. (Nice touch)
The atmosphere was lively and enough TV to enjoy the world cup. A couple of items the bake potato my wife had was twice the size as mine and second the soup size was very small.

It was our first time at this location on a Saturday. We had a reservation and were seated right away. It’s a perfect choice when you’re craving a good steak without going upscale. The steaks were well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked as requested, and the sides, especially the loaded baked potato and broccoli, were classic and satisfying. The complimentary bread was warm and comforting, a great way to start the meal. Dessert hit the spot too: rich, indulgent, and perfect for sharing. Service was attentive and professional, and they handled our requests well. The ambiance was relaxing, with music at the perfect level for easy conversation. The dining room and restrooms were very clean. Definitely coming back. Well done!

Sat at the bar and was able to get full service. The bartenders were awesome! Very polite and professional! The new the food and drinks menus very well and made excellent drinks. Even with a full house our food came out hot and was presented well. We really enjoyed the steak bite, really good sauce. My pork chops were perfectly cooked and I loved how crispy the brussel sprouts were. Loaded potato soup was good too. The carrot cake was delicious! Moist, not too much spice, and great cream cheese frosting!
