I had my brakes and calipers done. The next season my caliper exploded and put fluid over everything. So I called them back and they said it was the way I drive and that they'd have to replace everything again at my expense.... I work 10 hours a day driving, never been in an accident and I have the patience of a saint oh and no speeding tickets. I told them that I couldn't afford another bill and that this could never happen if it was done right in 4 months. He replaced the caliper that they screwed up on. Now I'm having issues with the other parts because this idiot couldn't fix brakes properly and brake fluid is deteriorating the other parts. Never go there they are very shady and only care about making repeat business with bad quality.

Been to minute muffler a few times . First time cost me $2500 for some struts . Second time $500 for a starter. Brought vehicle in 3rd time because it was dying over and over again. They told me it was most likely loose wiring. Brought it in again and they said take it somewhere else the battery is fine. Took it to another garage in 5 min they told me the battery couldn't hold a charge or load. Caused me a lot of inconvenience due to their incompetenace. Do not use these guys they rip people off and don't know what they're doing.

I went there because of the reviews but was not prepared for the poor service and irritable manager.

Took my car there for a muffler fix and had to come in on 3 separate occasions. First time I got there I was told over the phone that that should be enough time so I took time off work to come by. However, it was not enough time and they told me to come by on the weekend. Second time, got there Saturday morning, the manager had no clue what I was talking about even though I had the work order quote with me. He told me that it was his employee's fault and was completely unapologetic making it seem like it was my own fault for coming in so early. I got 2 other quotes and this place was still the cheapest so I came by a 3rd time and they were finally able to get the job done. Even though the manager gave me a very small discount off parts I did not feel it was enough to compensate for all the time I'd lost.

The 1.5 stars is mostly b/c this shop was cheaper. If you're looking for cheaper shops this is the place, but better not try to have a conversation with the manager. Also, don't expect fast service.

We have an older car and took it to a competitor for the first muffler repair. When we needed another repair we came to this Minute Muffler location. They did a great job fixing the car at a great price. Too bad I didn't know about them earlier because I would have saved about $200.00 for the first repair. (Ouch!)Definitely going back.
