When our SUV was vandalized a couple of years ago (valve stems were slashed), we took the tires to T-Mac Auto on Goulet St. where they not only fixed the tires right away but they did not charge us. Keeping in mind their kindness, we took in our SUV this year to have a wheel replaced and the tires rotated. We were pleased with their service and the price was more than right! My husband and I do a lot of our automotive repairs ourselves (we are retired drag racers) but we still need the expertise of a mechanic in many areas. We have not experienced any mechanical work yet by T-Mac but would be willing to do so when necessary.

I will never use these people again. They are not cheap. They have given me a quote and I have found someone to do do it much cheaper. They also did some work on my vehicle 2 years ago and what they charged was not reasonable. They just told me that I need new front rotors and I have been told that I do not need new rotors by 2 different mechanics. T-Mac charged me for 2 front rotors 2 years ago. Anyway, I have found mechanics that I trust.

Doesn't sound like you paid anything. You state you were given a quote. I've been dealing there for years and I have nothing but good things to say. My whole family patronizes the place with no complaints to date. Heck they've even done little stuff for no charge at times. Are you sure you didn't need front rotors and had the rear rotors done 2 years ago. Sounds to me like you are hard on brakes

I brought my car into T-Mac after going to another automotive shop and having unsuccesful luck with them diagnosing and properly fixing the problem. The crew at T-Mac was able to diagnose and explain to me what was wrong which was very imformative. After asking how much that would cost, I was surprised to hear how cheap they were going to do the work for. All in all I would recommend this shop to anyone, they diagnosed and fixed the problem with very reasonable cost inside of two days! I have no complaints and will be a loyal customer to them till my clock stops ticking! Thanks again!
