Save your money! The quality of the leads are less than zero. The sales team hounds you and says how great they are and that lead credits are generous. Then customer service kicks in and says that’s not the case. Keep calling they say….nothing prequalified, fake hooks offered to get homeowners to fill out forms. Now my sales rep Carson won’t even return calls.

I was having some trouble on the contractor side and would like to thank Riley for helping me navigate it. She was great to talk to and quickly addressed each issue without beating around the bush. Honestly if it wasn't for talking with her I was ready to just give up on them. The system isn't designed to be perfect. Sometimes just talking to the right person gets the job done. So thank you Networx for offering a straight forward platform and thank you Riley for hitting it out of the park today!!

3 months ago, I signed a contract with Networx to generate leads for us in Window Replacement and Bathroom Remodel.

We were assigned to a sales person Riley. She assured us that each lead was "Exclusive" and sent to us in "Real Time". They told me that 3 months was the shortest period we could contract with them.

Thousands of dollars spent. NOT ONE appointment to even have a chance to present our company's services.

We suspended our contract in an attempt to ask them to help us understand the very poor results. They recommended a smaller radius of zip codes and this morning, the system went back live.

6 leads came to us between 9:49 am and 12:16 pm. We made calls to the number within 2 minutes. NOT ONE PERSON answered.

I placed multiple calls to Riley to ask, How and exclusive lead could have a consumer fill out their information and for that information to get to us in less than 1 minute, we call immediately and no one answers.

Her answers were poor and general talking points. I asked for proof that the leads were real time sent to us. She admitted that some of their are Purchased from other lead generators. I asked which ones of the 6 we received were purchased from other lead generators. She could not answer.

I asked, "What safe guards are put in place to ensure that what you have sold to us, is what is actually happening". "How can you be sure the leads you are buying are "Real Time" and "Exclusive". She said that she doesn't know. That is a corporate issue.

While these answer may be truthful coming from Riley, it is a unethical company who does not take steps to be transparent in their business.

I would NEVER recommend and company to sign a contract and purchase leads from Networx.

Great company.This is the place to get good leads very fair about.Replacing bad leads and it is a rarity, I would say, maybe Chan to 20%. I get our bad leads in the company is very fair about replacing them. I dealt with Angie's leebs for about 3 years. He gave up on them. They would send you bad lead after bad lead and never give you a credit back. The last rep I talked to name, Greg was fantastic. He answered all my questions and gave me some good ideas to help my business stick with these guys.You won't be sorry
