This is the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. DO NOT allow them to touch your home. My realtor was awful. First and foremost she had somewhat of a language barrier which proved to be a bigger issue than first expected. After that she not only listed my home at the wrong price, but she did not even take appropriate measurements or photos of the home (we had to use photos I forwarded to her). She told people walking through the house wrong information and was unable to negotiate the offer we received. I had to contact the buyers agent to make the deal. Not only that but she sent my fiancé several photos of herself drunk and out and about, which is highly inappropriate. The owners of the company took over the listing and here we are two days away from closing and I am having to make contact with them to see whats going on. Needless to say I have been ignored in my attempts to get an answer on the status of my home to the point I have gone to the title company myself. The title company has been wonderful in conveying the status of the sell, and surprise surprise I have yet to hear back from the owners. This company is so beyond ridiculous. Again, I suggest you do not use them unless you are someone who enjoys being lied to, ignored, and taken for a fool.
