Always excellent service across the board, offering pickup and delivery which are always perfectly handled. I'm 73 years old and have shopped at HEB my entire adult life. The care for their customers is so obvious and I am never fearful of anything I purchase. It appears to me that great care is put into being sure the food items are from proven and reliable sources. I feel so fortunate to have them available as my sole source for my groceries.

I would like to acknowledge an employee named Destanie Horne, I have never seen someone with such great customer service in a long time. I was having a bad day and wanted to get some flowers to put into my house and i asked Destanie for some help and she directed me into the right direction. She was extremely knowledgeable and confident in what she was doing and i love to see someone so passionate about their department and committed as she is in knowing every aspect of her job. I love that there are still good people out there and she happens to the one i encountered along the way, i am going to tell my friends and family and get them to experience her service as well. Thank you destanie you will be amazing in everything you do. I am definitely coming back to this location truly just because of her.

HEB overall is great—no doubt about it. But this particular store is not up to standard. If you don’t care about brands or selection, this is your store. If you want quality produce, this is not your store. Go to HEB Willis. If you want meat in stock, again go to Willis. If you want any kind of bread besides basic sandwich, this is not your store. I bought this (photo) amazing babka at an Austin HEB 2 days ago. But this Conroe store’s Bakery has “never heard of” babka. (Even though they do at least sell it during the holidays—so I guess everyone here is new and not an experienced baker.) Speaking of, if you’re okay paying $20+ for blah grocery store pie, this is your place. (If you prefer actual baker quality for the same $20, Pie in the Sky is 2 min south on 336.). And if you like all your glass jars thoughtlessly packed together in the same bag so they clank and break in your car, these are your peeps. I’ve voiced all this to this HEB many times. They don’t care. If you don’t mind a store that doesn’t care, look no further.

Look at how they lie to you on the scale. I brought my scale to the store, the weight of the mortadella is good for both them and mine, the other two items their scale shows half a pound more??? The manager says it's ok???
Soon they will be contacted by a lawyer, when they didn't listen to me.

Omg beautiful HEB!!! Everything is so organized, clean and well out together!! Enjoyed shopping at this HEB and looking at it's products. Not to mention the sales!!! The coupons are awesome!! They have so much to choose from even though it's a smaller HEB. They have fresh fruit, fruit trays, the beautifully made cakes omg gorgeous, 😍 they even have a tortilla place/maker that makes the tortillas and tortillas chips. Definitely check them out if you are in the area. I stopped here as I was traveling at the moment for some fruit and I was NOT disappointed the fruit trays I bought even had a $2 off and for all the fruit it had it was worth every penny. Will definitely stop at this HEB again if I am in the area I even saved it as a favorite stop so I remember to come if I need fruit. Please check them out you will not be disappointed!!! 🍓 🍑 🍌 🍈 🍇
