I went to this garage for an oil change, they upgraded me to a maintenance check. Conveniently they found an issue, I'm getting that checked by an other mechanic soon. The real problem is after my maintenance check my steering wheel was no longer able to lock into position. I assume since I'm a small person someone got stuck between my seat and my steering wheel and jarred it so the locking lever broke. I called the garage to report the problem and they (all three of the men working there) then proceeded to implying I was trying to scam them and that they couldn't possible of broken it. Despite the fact they were contradicting themselves and each other its possible they were not lying when they said it was something that occurs over time. I know nothing about cars they might be right. What I know for a fact is I had no problem until I went there. I also know that after I got them to look at it it was 100 times worse. It was no longer a mild issue, making a turn is now dangerous for me because my wheel moves so much. The thing that makes me have to warn people about them is the fact that they bullied me and treated me like a liar. All three men were talking at once and sll of them were trying to discredit me. No company should get away with treating customers like criminals.
