I recently placed an order for six basement windows. The installation crew came to my home on time, and replaced the old windows. During the process, the crew walked throughout the basement and unintentionally left behind some dirt. I phoned highgate door and the company promptly apologized and resolved the issue quickly.

My installer was wonderful. The job was perfect, absolutely professional and efficient. Opens and closes and locks and unlocks very smoothly. The staffs in mill work at highgate door were excellent in helping pick out the basic door and then putting the looks of the door together and following up when I had questions or issues. I caught a sale and the price was very reasonable. This is the second exterior door I've bought from HD, and I'll likely use them again if I ever need another one.

A professional company from start to finish. Our contact person was a no-pressure salesman, which was refreshing after some of the others I had over. He knew the product was good, and that he had a competitive price, so there was no need to haggle. The installers were quick and tidy. Happy with the vinyl windows we chose.

Using highgate door was a great experience from beginning to end. The sales person was knowledgeable and provided us with a quote on the spot that did not change throughout the process. The windows were ordered and ready very quickly. The installation only took one day for every window in our house. The installers were professional and the windows look amazing. They cleaned everything before they left. The new windows have made a major improvement on our house, both with energy conservation and appearance.

Had a great experience and was happy that they showed up only a half hour into the time window (beats the cable guys!) and had the door put in before we knew it and was kind enough to go through a few highlights on how to use the door correctly as well. Would be happy to have highgate door back for future installs when needed.

When I was first searching for a company to install a new bow window on our house, I checked three different places. Price was not my major concern, even though, of course, it was a factor. The sales guy of highgate door was not pushy, and took the time after the business side was finished, to talk about other issues, that didn't concern windows. The window was installed in good time, and cleaning up was done. When a small problem was found, I phoned highgate door to get it fixed. There was no argument on their part at all. In fact, they did more to repair it than was necessary. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Highgate door is a very good company to deal with. We needed to replace 6 doors in our house and we were happy to be served by good guys from highgate door. They worked quickly, neatly and professionally regardless any difficulties associated with the removal of old windows. They were careful about any damages on floor, covered it before start and cleaned up after finish. Based on our previous experience we were skeptical about the result. From the moment I called to get information and an estimate I was impressed. They make the entry door buying experience fun. They brought a truck to my home with numerous door samples including hardware and I was able to choose the perfect custom front door for my home. The installation process was wonderful. The installers were so professional and the pride in their work really shows. They explained the doors operation and hardware to me (I got a Dutch door) and they seemed just as excited about my new door as I was. The job was so neat and clean. Technician from highgate door was there early, he was friendly and professional. He could see the problem (s) before I could explain. He taught me about the door and the problems I could expect if we didn't perform the repair. He recommended things that will keep my door in good working order. We hired Highgate door to replace our old windows, and we're as happy with them now as we were when they were installed. We had Highgate Door come out and replaced all of my windows. Everyone from the salesman to the installer were very profession and polite. Their pricing was at or below everyone else and they provided a much better window given the makeup and glass being used. Once everything was installed the installer walked me through any questions I had and also did a full clean up. Very happy with my decision to use Highgate Door. I would highly recommend everyone to get a quote for them if you are looking for windows.

I called Highgate door on Sunday for a quote on a new garage door install. They arrived Monday to give an estimate and Tuesday for installation. By noon my new garage door was installed! They were cheaper than all other competitors and quality of work is excellent. I would definitely recommend!!

Just did a huge addition and remodel and did all doors, windows, and knobs, trim from Highgate door. Our rep did a phenomenal job putting all the pieces together and getting all items to the job site. I used many antique doors and he managed to make all the hardware work - a tough job to know what to use. Highly recommend Highgate door.

I was referred to highgate door by my cousin (when they determined their products wouldn't work for us) and had two replacement doors and two storm doors installed. Everyone - from sales staff to installers - was professional and took the time to make sure I was fully informed about what isn't a small expense. Doors look great! I had my garage door stop working late yesterday. I saw ads in a 'local flyer'. The first guy gave me a quote on the phone for a new spring that scared me! I then tried the second ad. They were out in about an hour and repaired it for what they quoted at half the price of the first guy. The owner then called me back today just to make sure everything was ok. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Fast service and great price.
