I miss the customer service at Future Shop!!! I am so disappointed by the overall experience at Best Buy in Shawnessy. I have given a try few times, but yesterday it was ridiculous. I went to place an order to buy a cookware set that was on promotion for Boxing Day. I wanted to use my debit card instead of paying with c.c. or paypal online.
Megan, the manager told me they were really busy (it was 7 am) which it is understandable on Boxing Day; there was a big line up at the cellphone area. However 4 out of 5 tellers were standing without customers. I came to her and ask for help, since staff was available... Then she gives me another excuse saying, the system is not accepting online orders. Best Buy... You are losing business with a manager like this!!!
I went to Best Buy at Chinook Mall, they were busy, however they were ready to help me, and place the order.
I still wonder, how come Best Buy-Shawnessy- system was not accepting online orders, but Chinook Mall was perfectly working? Liar and lazy manager!!!
