I always feel welcomed and valued. The associates are very friendly and helpful. Michael, Victoria, Lizzy and Mary Ann specifically are some of the most kind people I've ever met. They make sure to ask if I need their help and when I do it literally takes less than 2 minutes. Thank you to Walgreens for hiring such kind and helpful people.

Good: so after many years with Walgreens, I switched. I love the customer service. I love the app. It makes it so easy to refill etc. Simplify is good. Excellent in fact.
Bad: I switched because of the hours, or lack thereof, and the pricing. My emergencies dont usually happen during work days. I am on a fixed income. Almost all of my scripts are almost half as much at Frys.
Sorry guys.

Michael provided exceptional customer service in the photo dept! He assisted me in producing exactly what I wanted. Courteous, patient & knowledgeable. Kudos Michael!

I have had very bad experiences with the other big chain pharmacies and I would never go anywhere else after coming here. Azalea was so kind, professional and very knowledgeable. She informed me that my minor son medication that he desperately needs was not covered threw my work insurance. However she went above and beyond was able to help find recourses to help reduce the cost of medication. This transaction was very painless and stress free.

My wife ordered photos. I was surprised to receive a phone call from the photo department offering to do the favor of cutting some of the parts we wanted to separate and verify the images were what we intended. She let me know they would be done within 10 minutes. I arrived later after the photo department technically closed but the other employees assisted me quickly.
