He explained issues related to my car thoroughly and patiently, ensuring that I understood exactly what repairs had to be done. In addition, Andy gave me a timeframe for the repairs that I could work with. In other words, he did not try to push me into spending money that I didn't have to.

Overall, I would highly recommend ACME Transmissions for all of your car repairs. Andy is a gem.

I have been coming here for a few years after a recommendation from a friend. I would trust these guys over any other mechanics. I have come here for a second opinion and had them discourage me from getting work done that they felt was unnecessary.

Beware of the joyrides they take in your car after repairs. You'll find nosy fingers in your stuff and changing your radio. Makes you wonder what else may have been tampered with under the hood.
