I would just like to share my gratitude for a job well done. I had brought my vehicle in to get the rear bumper repainted. The job was completed in less time
than I had anticipated and it looks great too! However, the thing that really blew me
away was that when I got it back, it was spotless on the inside and out! (I feel
really sorry for whoever had to clean out the inside... I owe you one :) )
When I initially went in for an estimate on the bumper damage, I had a quote done for
repainting the hood as well. I opted not to get the hood fixed; however, given the great
service I've received there is no doubt I will be returning to the Don-Mor Carstar for
that repair as well.
Your team has gone above and beyond my expectations.

Body work was satisfactory, but the paint job was really crappy. Overspray everywhere, trim pieces improperly reinstalled, so they fall off regularly.As time goes by I keep finding more places done poorly.I would NOT RECOMMEND this shop.

Had an accident and my insurance said I should go to Don-Mor as they are a prefered shop. I am very satisfied with the service I received and the repair to my car. I will refer them to anyone who needs body or mechanical work done.

Horrible job, totally out of alignment, not even finished when I showed up to get the car after I received the call to come it, and a wonderful dent. After confronting them about the unfinished job and new dent, they immediately went into defense mode. Shop 'manager' Dave even refused to talk to me for several minutes.
Far better service and workmanship available in London and the surrounding area, Don't waste your time here.
