Sometimes a little manner goes a long way. I bought a coupon online to have my vehicle serviced by this mechanic shop and followed the conditions on the coupon. I called and was given an appointment time for 3pm. I get there 15 minutes before my time and check in at the desk knowing that its a mechanic shop other appointments may carry over a few minutes. I sit there for 2 more hours without a single word from anyone such as "we're sorry can we reschedule your appointment or sorry for the delay". I asked the guy at the counter why nothing for me after 2 hours for a simple oil change and you won't believe what he tells me: go have a seat "do you think this is McDonalds? I couldn't believe it. I tried teaching him some manners and some customer service and this guy tells me I'll get the same service at my Doctor's office. I realized this is guy wasn't going to apologize not only for delaying me but also for insults. Please stay away from this place if you respect yourself and value your time.
