The ladies at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not conduct insurance matters professionally or with common care or decency. I am shocked by how rude these people are at this location. I strongly advise you to take your insurance business and trust elsewhere.

I shopped around and seemed to like L.A insurance the most. The customer service with Mariela was outstanding that’s one of many reasons I chose them. Explained everything with detail, hospitable, and excellent at her job. 5 stars!! I recommend everyone to go with her.

Liz was awesome. They explained the details of my policy. I enjoyed how they treated me regarding getting setup for payment. I recommend this location for all my friends.
